As I continue my graduate studies and clinical training, I'm also continuing the coaching work that I cherish so deeply.
I work with a limited number of clients who want to better understand themselves, navigate relationships, shift patterns that no longer serve them, and create meaningful change in their lives.
Above all, I love helping people reconnect with the amazing person they already are but may have lost touch with somewhere along the way. It would be a privilege to walk alongside you as you find your way back to yourself—and welcome yourself home.
So at 60, I've traded some of my certainty for textbooks, clinical training, supervision, and a whole lot more questions.
Over the years, I often found myself referring coaching clients to therapists when it became clear that trauma or other mental health concerns needed to be addressed. Even when the coaching relationship was strong and meaningful, I knew I had an ethical responsibility to recognize the limits of my role.
But I also found myself wanting to go deeper—to have the clinical training and skills to support people in ways that coaching simply wasn't designed to provide. That realization became an important part of my decision to return to graduate school and begin the journey toward beecoming a therapist.
Years of coaching and mentoring people through relationships, family dynamics, and personal change only deepened my curiosity. My training in somatic work and life coaching took that curiosity even further. I found myself wanting to go deeper, to understand why our patterns form, how our earliest relationships shape us, and how unprocessed trauma and grief can live on in the mind and body. And I wanted the clinical training and licensure that would allow me to help facilitate deeper healing and change.
Eventually, I heeded the call and in the process, found my way toward a life that feels even more authentically my own.
I bring nearly four decades of professional and life experience into this next chapter, including leadership, mentoring, coaching, entrepreneurship, and years of studying the complexities of relationships and personal change.
Today, I'm building on that experience through graduate clinical training in psychology and somatic psychotherapy, bringing together what I've learned from decades of working with people with an entirely new level of clinical education.
I'm not starting over. I'm going deeper.
Molli’s coaching has given me the breakthroughs I need to fully take the wheel in my life and head where I want to.
-Hope L. - Dallas, TX
“Molli illuminates every dim corner where I feel utterly stuck. She is the most fun to celebrate "Lightbulb moments" together as we flow through our sessions. She is especially a gifted and very present listener but beyond that has a warm heart filled with passion for sharing her lessons and understanding of living the best life we can in full awareness. Molli gives me “baby action steps” each week to tailor to my busy schedule. She gets so much pure joy out of acknowledging my accomplishments even when I didn’t recognize them.
My whole heart is grateful for our time together and I know it is one of the very best things going on in my week.”
Molli is an amazing gemfinder who is able to sweep away all of the dust that gets in the way of making me shine.
Ardy R. - Albuquerque, NM
“I absolutely love Molli’s incredible insight and ability to uncover precisely what gets in the way of bringing me more joy and success.
I am more empowered with each session with Molli and look forward to our sessions knowing I will walk away completely empowered and excited about removing anything that gets in the way of my magnificence!
Thank you, Molli, for allowing the space for me to be the best I possibly can be!”
Molli is an extraordinarily gifted Coach
